Introduction: The Reality of Spiritual Warfare
Some people don’t know this, but the devil’s activities in your life as a constant are not supposed to be normal. That is why we’re going to pray, and I believe this prayer is going to stop and break every activity of the devil in your life that has been assigned against you.
I’m going to show you a scripture that’s going to unlock your deliverance from what you face in this moment.
Let’s turn our affection to Jesus to start. Father, we thank you in the name of Jesus that you’re absolutely faithful. Lord, we thank you that you were for us and not against us.
Although at times things come to test our faith, I thank you that the activity of the enemy in our life is not meant to be a constant. Through the power of the Holy Spirit and faith in the name of Jesus, we can see every demonic assault against our lives broken through your name.
The Starting Position of Faith
The starting position for you in deliverance and freedom is the position of faith that believes the assault on your life is not meant to stay, but will end. Sometimes we get deceived into believing that what’s come against us to destroy us is permanent and will not leave.
But the Lord is saying today to you, what you face, this too will pass. Do not believe the lie.
Don’t believe the lie that what has come against you is going to stay forever. Instead, trust the Lord to mold and shape you into the image of Jesus that shines in the midst of what the devil is doing.
As you shine and don’t back off, he will see that you are untouchable and you will be able to move in because all moving targets will be broken and you will find yourself in deliverance.
Blazing Hotter Than the Fire Around You
The devil strategizes to quench our life because he knows often if he can quench our life, he can quench our light. But those don’t need to be the same thing.
Instead, let your light shine before all men and don’t let the devil put it out. Don’t ever wear the basket. Instead, blaze hotter when the fire around you increases.
As you blaze more than the fire around you, the fire around you will be consumed by the fire within you.
So, Father, we thank you. We thank you that this activity of the devil that has been assigned against these amazing people watching this video is broken by the name of Jesus. It will not consume and this too will pass in Jesus’ name.
Standing Against Demonic Assaults
Lord, we come into agreement together in faith in the name of Jesus and we address every demonic assault, every assault on finances, every assault on personal health and mental health, every tormenting nightmare, everything assigned against relationships and family members by the name of Jesus.
Every curse, every activity in Jesus’ name, we come against you and we command you to go by the name of Jesus. Right now, go. And don’t you ever come back.
Lord, thank you. We are surrounded by your prayers and by your protection in Jesus’ name.
Putting on the Armor of God
The Lord Jesus Christ has called the body of believers to be clothed with the armor of God to enable us to resist the wiles of the devil. This is the scripture of the day and you must understand this scripture to walk in full deliverance. Here is what it says:
And lastly, stand strong in the Lord and depend upon His power. Put on all of God’s armor, so that you will be able to withstand the attacks of the devil.
Let’s pray that together. Lord, we understand, Lord Jesus, that in order to stand against the schemes of the devil, we must wear the armor. So, Lord, we choose to put on that armor of God.
We choose to take and embrace that as something we will wear every day and never take it off.
We thank you together that as we put on that armor, the schemes and attacks of the enemy that come against us will fall flat on their face because it cannot stand to a Christian who is overrun with the armor of God.
If you wear the armor of the Lord today, the schemes of the devil will fail every single time. That is what the Father wants you to know. That is what the word of God wants you to know, that if you wear his armor, they will fail every time. But when we take it off, we become vulnerable.
It is therefore important to stop relying on the strength of man and to put on the complete armor of God so that one will stand firm during the day of trouble, when everything has been done. The struggle mentioned here is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this world that are opposed to us.
From our study and understanding of the scriptures, we realize that the powers that try to demolish us, shake our faith in Jesus Christ, and tear apart our life are supernatural. We understand that there are schemes of the devil based on principalities and forces of darkness that desire to put out our light.
Yet, we, Lord, are a confident people in the Holy Spirit that choose in your name never to let our light go out, to never let the schemes of the devil snuff our light. But, Lord, we will stand consumed with the armor of God, full of the Spirit, in victory, in life, in health, and healing, and wholeness.
Lord, we won’t quit. We won’t give up. We won’t surrender. We won’t give in. But, Lord, we will wear that armor and we will never take it off.
And we thank you, this scheme that’s coming against our life, in Jesus’ name, will fall and fail. In the name of Jesus, it will not prosper. It will not move forward. It is failing.
The Lord is saying the scheme of the devil that has come against you is failing already. Persevere and you will see the evidence of it.
What the Enemy Meant for Evil
The assignment of the devil that was meant to destroy you will not destroy you. But, actually, what he tried to use to destroy you may inadvertently end up making you into who you’re meant to be.
The pressure of the enemy that was meant to destroy you may cause faith and trust in the Lord to rise up within you to become more than you ever thought possible. This is the risk the enemy takes every single time he sends an assignment against your life.
Stand tall, stand strong, continually believe, and don’t ever lose heart. The Father wants you to know that there’s no failure on the corner. There’s victory if your eyes are set on him.
The spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places will not find victory in your life as long as you remain in the armor.
Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
Embracing the Pieces of God’s Armor
1. The Belt of Truth
Lord, we choose to embrace the truth of your word. We choose to base our life, our thought processes, our activities, our heart, and our mind on the truth of your word in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we let your word define our reality. We let your word define our belief system. And I thank you, Lord, that no lie of the devil will sneak into our heart and our mind as long as we know the word. We commit to your word. We will read your word. We will speak your word.
2. The Breastplate of Righteousness
Lord, we thank you. We are righteous in Christ Jesus because of the blood of Jesus poured out on the cross. We don’t achieve righteousness on our own, but Lord, it is brought to us through our commitment and surrender to Jesus Christ.
We surrender all, every part, every nook and cranny of our being we surrender to you. And I thank you righteousness is imputed to us.
The devil can never accuse us because it was never based on our own merit that we were accepted. The devil could never point a finger at us because it wasn’t based on our own ability that we were brought in, but it was based on the blood of Christ.
And Lord, thank you that as we seek your face and know you, King Jesus, what we discover is we are welcomed into transformation and edification.
The Lord says never take off your righteousness. Boast it both in your knowledge of truth and in the action of your life. Never run after sin, but understand that if sin creeps in and you repent, there’s forgiveness for your life and you can move forward empowered by the grace of God to live a life of transformation.
Never let the enemy accuse you to the point where you believe that Jesus’ righteousness isn’t enough to lead to forgiveness. Know you are forgiven. You’re accepted. You’re a child of God if you know Jesus Christ. Bought and paid for with a price. Holy and blameless before you.
3. The Readiness of the Gospel of Peace
And having put on the readiness of the message of peace, Lord, we thank you. We put on the message of peace and we have peace with you and peace with man.
Lord, we choose to be servants and agents of peace at every place we step; Father, peace would exude. Every place we step, peace would reign. Every place we step, the life of heaven would begin to flow out from us and change the world around us.
Lord Jesus, we thank you. Peace is ours in the Holy Spirit. Everywhere we step, we can be a servant of peace.
Thank you that peace comes to our mind. Anxiety and fear cannot stay, it cannot consume us. Peace comes to our body. The sickness and disease that tries to crush us be healed for the glory of Jesus.
Peace is in our heart, peace is in our mind, and peace is on our feet everywhere we go. Lord, we thank you for peace in the finances, in relationships, in jobs, and in our sleep.
How can the enemy bring unrest when peace is already on our feet? That is what the Father is saying to you today. Peace is already on your feet. Don’t ever take it off. Just believe.
4. The Shield of Faith
And in every situation, put on the armor of faith with which you will be able to quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Lord, we choose faith.
Father, we thank you in your name that if by faith we speak to mountains, they move. Whatever we ask for believing, we will receive for the glory of Jesus.
So Lord, by faith, we take up The Shield of Faith that you’ve already forgiven us, that you’re for us and not against us, and that as we believe, the mountains will move and the demonic powers will be crushed.
The lies and the flaming darts of the enemy that come to consume us will themselves be consumed by our shield of faith that we do not move from.
We believe the mountain’s already moving. We believe the healing’s already happening. We believe the deliverance is already commencing.
Father, we believe the prison doors are made open, the blocked ways are made clear, the rivers are running in the desert, and every mountain is lowered and every valley raised as we trust in you.
We shake off discouragement for the glory of Jesus. We are greatly encouraged because the activities of the devil will not stand before the God who lives inside of us and the faith that we have in the name.
As we speak in the name of Jesus, every demonic power will fall because behind the name is all the authority and majesty and wonder that is accompanied by that name. We choose to believe. We take the mantle of faith.
5. The Helmet of Salvation
And we take up the helmet of salvation. Lord, we thank you. We’re saved. We’re not hellbound. We’re not distant from you; we’re close.
We are actually the temple of the living God. You live inside of us, and you never leave us and never forsake us.
We’re never abandoned, never struck down, and never destroyed. You’ve saved us from the grave.
We’re forgiven, healed, delivered, and known by God—children of God, heaven-bound, not hellward.
6. The Sword of the Spirit
And The Sword of the Spirit which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit with all prayers and supplications.
Lord, we take up the word. We choose to speak the word. As we’ve done today, we commit in prayer to pray the word of the Lord, to find the promises, and to speak them constantly over our life in your name.
We will write them down and we will speak them out. We’ll praise you with the promise.
As we speak the word of God, it acts as a sword in the Spirit to cut through the darts and attacks of the devil. We wield it as a weapon to watch the powers of darkness be destroyed and the kingdom of God, the kingdom of light, made manifest and revealed.
Jesus, we’re not afraid. We take your promise and we believe. Your word is truth and life and healing.
Thank you, Lord, that every demonic attack that desires to consume us has failed, and that which is assigned against us will not only fail, but will also encourage us in our faith as we watch the miracles break forth.
Conclusion: Standing Firm in Victory
Father, we also receive the ability to stand—to continually stand firm and never quit, never surrender, and never give up.
Lord, we’re not on the planet for ourselves; we’re on the planet to make you famous. So, Jesus, I thank you even in the midst of the trial, Jesus’ name will still be made famous through our life, our response, our faith, our belief, our hope, and our testimony.
The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, and we will see his testimony displayed in our lives in Jesus’ mighty name.
